Such a lovely surprise
Welcoming, clean, friendly, bright and luxurious. Everything at waters edge was lovely and I would definitely return. The fresh linen and breakfast, comfy beds, location (so close to the quay) and lovely hosts make this one of the best b and bs I've ever stayed in,

The perfect break.
Steve and Jane are the perfect host, nothing is too much trouble. We have stayed on a number of occasions and will return time and time agian. We cannot fault Waters Edge in anyway.

the perfect b and b
We had a lovely 4 days at the Waters Edge, our room was georgous with everything you could need and more , the bathroom was spotless, and the attention to detail was second to none.. Breakfast was delicious and what a choice !. Nothing was too much trouble and we could'nt have asked for better. We would highly recommend a stay .

The perfect b and b
The Water's Edge was way beyond our expectations, the bedroom was so clean and fresh, the ensuite sparkled, the decor was very tasteful. The choice at breakfast was exceptional and the fresh fruit was a bonus. The attention to detail was second to none, it all made for a very enjoyable stay. Being two minutes walk from the sea and so handy for the buses we could'nt have chosen a better b & b. Thank you Steve and Jayne we will be back and will recommend you to our friends... The Perfect Bed and Breakfast
What a find! Everything was perfect and we wish we were able to stay for a few more nights.We will be back-We stayed in March 2011-could not get 2011 to register on computer.
